Business / Arts announces a $1.8 million investment from Canadian Heritage
to support the next phase of artsvest

This funding will facilitate new and returning artsvest programming across Canada from 2022 – 2025

Toronto, ON – September 9, 2022 – Business / Arts is thrilled to announce a continued investment of $1.8 million from Canadian Heritage’s Canada Cultural Investment Fund Strategic Initiatives component. This funding will support the next phase of artsvest, Business / Arts’ national mentorship and training program for small and medium arts, culture and heritage organizations across Canada. 

The next phase of artsvest will build on the work done in previous years to support growth in Canada’s cultural sector. In addition to expanding artsvest’s training curriculum to include priority topics such as organizational development, pandemic recovery, adaptive changemaking and equity, diversity and inclusion, artsvest training and mentorship will be made available nationwide for not-for-profit arts, culture and heritage organizations in Canada. Further details on program eligibility, intake and delivery will be released this fall.
