What we do
Our Mission is to support the people who work in the cultural sector through life-long career
development and business skills training.
At WorkInCulture we Connect, Create, and Curate training and tools that help arts and culture professionals develop the business skills to match their creative talents.
We connect employers and job seekers through our popular online Job Board.
We connect and collaborate with other arts and culture organizations to deliver professional development and business training to the creative community.
We create original thought provoking research, designed in conjunction with other leaders in the sector covering topics that are important to the community.
We curate information – research, links, tips, and resources – that we feel is relevant to our audience.
How we do it
Our Vision is a robust and resilient Ontario cultural sector.
We help the creative community thrive by demystifying the language and practice of business for creative professionals.
Through our website, popular job board, new course board and social media channels we communicate the many learning opportunities available across Ontario.
We collaborate with other arts, culture and heritage organizations to deliver in person and
online training that improves the ability of Ontario’s creative community to grow and prosper.
