Australian Copyright Council (ACC) submission to the International Covenenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR).
The ACC In this submission, contends that:
- the protection of copyright and its related rights is fundamental to the ICESCR; and
- the limitations and exceptions which are inherent to copyright safeguard appropriate access to culture as required under the Convention.
